Hi, I'm Paula Fernanda. With over 30 years of experience helping people create meaningful personal change, I support adults on the Gold Coast and online across Australia in reducing stress, building confidence, strengthening emotional resilience and overcoming unhelpful mental and behavioural patterns.
My work combines Brain Coaching, Applied Neuroplasticity and neuroscience-based neuropractices. Rather than spending months analysing the past, I focus on helping clients understand how patterns operate in the present and develop healthier responses for the future.
