Payment & Investment
Payment is required in advance to confirm your session or package.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This helps ensure your slot can be offered to someone else.
Cancellations
Cancellations require at least **24 hours notice for online sessions** and **48 hours notice for in-person sessions** (to cover Southport clinic room hire commitments). Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refunds & Journey Commitment
Refund eligibility depends on the notice given and the nature of the cancellation. Once the 5-session Reset Program has commenced, there are no partial or proportional refunds for early cancellation of the program. Refunds will not be issued for sessions already completed.
Online sessions — technical requirements
- —A stable internet connection
- —A device with a working camera and microphone
- —A private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted
- —A pair of headphones is recommended
Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. Brain Wellness does not share personal information with third parties. Confidentiality may only be broken in exceptional circumstances required by law.
